We invite you to partner with the St. Vincent de Paul Conference by participating in “Christmas Graces” which affords families facing financial hardships provide Christmas gifts for their family this Christmas Season.
1. Pick up a “straw” from the crèche in the back of the church beginning this weekend, November 21& 22. Keep the straw!You will need it later to attach to the wrapped gift.
2. Buy the item that is listed on the straw.Each straw specifies what kind of gift to purchase and whether it is for a child or an adult.For example, “Family A – FEMALE, AGE 8, DRESS SIZE 7-8 CHILD”.We ask that you spend no more than $25 on the gift.
3, Wrap the gift and attach the straw to the wrapped gift. Return the wrapped gift to Bishop’s Hall beginning the weekend of December 5 & 6. We need all wrapped gifts brought to the Cathedral by the weekend of December 12 & 13 or you may leave the wrapped gift in the Cathedral office Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm.
We appreciate Cathedral parishioners and friends who donated items and supported us by purchasing food and/or playing games at Cathedral School Fall Festival. We also thank those who braved to cold weather to volunteer and staff food and game booths. We appreciate Cathedral Pastoral Council members and friends who helped staff the Ticket Booth during the Fall Festival. Your support brought in $27,000 for Cathedral School of Saint Mary.
This year's concert will be Friday, December 18 and Saturday, December 19. Tickets are on sale! Featured performers include our own Cathedral Schola Cantorum, as well as Irish music legends Gregory Grene, the Tea Merchants, The Selkie Girls, and Maìrtin de Coghaine.

Members of the Cathedral who are actively involved often feel more at home and find joy in serving the Lord and others. Many also say that they grow in their spiritual life.
