As the heart of all 125 parish churches and communities, it is the home parish of the Bishop (the seat is currently vacant). Mission: The parish community of Saint Mary Cathedral, grounded in the Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ Incarnate, animated by the Holy Spirit in the mission of building the Kingdom of God on earth and guided by the tenets of the Catholic Church, is called, through faith in action, to be an evangelizing light for society, beckoning the world to the Body of Christ. |
